yes basically i can shapeshift into just about anything, sans clothes typically dissapear but i could care less. the only thing i left from his accursed mind was his plethora of potions i can use :D
and language skills never hurt, but i am curious about syn, he always peaks my interest

oh hell yeah!!!! shapeshifting is the best to me LOL esp since i have difficulty deciding on a species all the time XD

quite a lot of things i keep to myself, and i think i've mentioned it before but i usually only put them in my discord or insta posts; unless someone asks a specific question about syn. i've got a lot of lore all jumbled up for him that i never can just pick one to talk about, and if i do they're snippets in my insta posts and occasionally the FA post!

if you wanna know anything specific, don't hesitate to ask!
due to years of less than stellar circumstances i've grown to be quite afraid of speaking about syn in most situations, even mentioning him in convos makes me feel annoying. but it makes me really happy that you're actually interested just from reading the occasional lore bits i put on here!!

listen carefully, i am all about character lore and background, syn is the kinda fella i would hang out with entirely and let him tell me all about himself, his story, his abilities, i dont care how long, i just welcome new people sharing their ideas :D
it makes me happy seeing people happy and going on about their creations however they feel :D
also read the background, loved the vibe of him being a shapeshifter but then seeing him of hyena descent is also incredible given their background in mythos being kind of a shapeshifting creature of darkness as well

i just read that article, i knew it sounded familiar! i've heard of werehyenas at some point while researching myths over the years. it's interesting to take lesser-known(to me anyway) myths into consideration! initially i made syn of hyena descent cos i really like hyenas and i wanted a funny nod as to why he always laughs like one. seeing this analysis on the myth of werehyenas and its roots in "us vs. them" mindset is remarkably intriguing though! social strife and prejudices tend to be the sort of thing i gravitate towards when it comes to themes and stuff. thanks for showing me this! :O

honestly your the kinda person i would love to chat with sometime if your down for dms, you seem like the kind of fella that really loves doing art for the sake of art regardless how people see it. the value of creation in your mind stems perfectly to your vision wihtout fear of judgement and the stories you make for them especially syn is impeccable :D

yeah! that's pretty much how i try to approach my art. mainly i draw for myself first, and whether or not people like it is a 2nd thought kinda deal in most cases. validation is nice, but i try to be content with knowing that as long as i like it, it's good. all my lore and worldbuilding is for myself first, honestly xd whether or not i share it publicly depends HAHAH
