Melissa Thorne is a character from the early-mid 1990s Anime "Montana Jones", which was very much Indiana Jones inspired only with anthropomorpfic cat characters.
I really watched this anime a LOT back in the day when it ran on german Nickelodeon and crushed on this character a bit. She wore all types of early 20th century fashion (story was set somewhere between 1920s and 1930s) and quite often she lost a shoe or both and went on stocking feet, which probably messed me up in more than one way.
