RD: How to make Nega Sweeter

A little doodle I did a while back when I started getting some DA cakes.
Many people like Nega Robecca over Robecca because she's seems like a meaner and more devious character. Robecca wants to make her sweeter and nicer like she is. What better way to make her sweeter on the inside, is by stuffing her full of delicious cake.
Robecca: Don't worry Nega you'll be so much nicer when I'm done with you. When you are sweeter on the inside, you'll be sweeter on the outside.
Nega Robecca: mmmmph mmph
Robecca: What? Oh don't worry there is plenty of cake. Now have another piece. We have a long way to go.
Nega Robecca: mmmpph mmph D=
I was suggested to do a follow up to this, but I'm not sure?
What do you think of the pic? I'll also take suggestions for the follow up pic?
