As for how he wound up in this situation... well, the description is a fourth-wall break based on the average view counts I get on art like this, but in-universe? I can think of a few different cartoon shenanigans that could result in some unintentional exposure, but maybe the simplest explanation is the best--his girlfriend (yes, he has one, somehow) invited friends in without warning him or knowing that he was undressed until he wandered out into the living room?
