While Anakin, Ahsoka, and the 501st were rotated back to Coruscant, Chanticleer and the 104th found themselves temporarily working alongside Obi-Wan, Commander Cody, and the 212th in the War Against Disney. Obi-Wan has a more orthodox style of running things, but like Anakin, he is supportive of Chanticleer becoming a Jedi, and helps train him in more advanced Force techniques. In fact, Obi-Wan finds that Chanticleer embodies all the good parts of Anakin.

Obi-Wan didn't get to experience things such as candy growing up in the Jedi Temple, even on missions with Qui-Gon in his early teens. One day, Obi-Wan saw Chanticleer lounging around in one of the Negotiator's hangar bays blowing some bubbles with some of that highly tensile gum he brought with him from Cartoonia. Curious, Obi-Wan asked Chanticleer what he was chewing on and how he managed to blow bubbles with it. Chanticleer then explained what bubble gum was to Obi-Wan, and even mentioned how he had won the bubble blowing contest at the county fair when he was 10. After that, Chanticleer taught Obi-Wan how to blow bubbles, and told him how to get them nice and big using breath control.

Obi-Wan's first attempts were less than successful, and he managed to get a bubble as big as 4 feet in diameter before it popped all over him. Obi-Wan's laughing at how he's now a sticky mess, but he's starting to like gum because of Chanticleer. Meanwhile, Chanticleer's blowing another 6-foot-wide bubble. Now Obi-Wan's just got to get cleaned up before his hologram call with Master Windu and Master Yoda...
