Ive had me jolteon for years now and never got around to making him a ref until now. I gave em a tail and a few little changes to his design with a spiffy lil soccer uniform~ Hes incredibly hyper-active, can't sit still, and a little air headed, but hes the kinda guy that would gladly charge your phone no matter what time of day it is with his own electricity.

I hope to slowly get around to all my floofs with time.
