"It took me a long time just to find the right words to express my love for you. I felt like one wrong word would ruin the feelings I want to express to you. Its like writing a love note while going under heavy writer's block. How can I sum everything up that expresses what I feel for you without rambling?
Every time you're near, I feel safe and secure. I feel like nothing can touch me when Im near you. No worries, no anxiety, no drama, no fear, no depression. Nothing. You protect me from those emotions by just the gentle gaze of your eyes and the small smile upon your lips. The soft cress of your hands upon mine calms my nerves down - feeling those digits tracing against my palm feels like you are writing a small secret message to me, reminding me that you are there. The recognizing aroma you give off is like incense that you dont want to burn out, but continue to run across my nose, calming my body from a state of stress, like ice to water. Your soft voice fills my ears like the majestic sound of birds in a meadow, creating notes that no instrument can duplicate.
I wish for us to be together forever. You complete me. You're that one piece in my life that I can't live without. When you leave my sight or reach for a long period of time, I feel that hole in me, that small area in my heart that needs to be filled or I start to feel sad and lonely once more. I worry if I will ever see you again, if you will still be with me for a longer period of time. When you are with me, that hole fills and my heart beats for you. My fears of you getting hurt without me being there are gone, knowing that you are here and Im here to aid you, emotionally, mentally and physically. You are my first aid, and I'm yours.

This reminds me of when my best friend in college proposed to his girlfriend...I'll never forget that story. He had a page's worth of a speech he was going to say to her when she got off work that day, and when the time finally came, he held her hand, took a deep breath, and said, "[name], you're the greatest thing that's ever happened to me. I can't remember everything else I was going to say. Will you marry me?"
She said yes.

Just about perfectly sums it up when you finally find it. I remember finding mine and realizing after I drove up to see her. I hadn't eaten or slept in almost three days, when I finally got there the agonizing hunger subsided and the itching from my sleepless eyes started to fade. I felt like I was dying, and as I put my head in her lap I realized if I actually were I would be happy. That if I were to ever die, this was the experience I wanted when it was time to go.
I didn't write this all those months ago because i was there to say it to your face.. so now, reading this and looking to the future again, i want to say those few words back to you... because this image and those words you wrote.. They're all i have in my heart right now, every single word of it..

I feel like I'm missing something everyday that he's gone. The longer he is away, the more broken I begin to feel.
But when he's with me, I just wish I could snuggle up in his arms and listen to his loving voice...listen to the sound of our hearts beating together.....*sniff*
