I am imposing an immediate, and unconditional moratorium on gold design going down the back of jeans with the exception of the 10 block radius surrounding the Castro or any other homosexual areas or events including furry conventions.

The moratorium is effective immediately and not open to debate or vote. Punishment will be swift. Zero tolerance rules are now in effect.
