I still play Shining Pearl when I'm bored to shiny hunt, and a couple of days ago I caught some shiny Spinda. So I wanted to draw a Spinda gal. Didn't wanna give her just eye swirls, so instead I put swirls in her irises to compensate. Clumsy girl who teeter and totters the move overly emotional she is. Even at a neutral state she still has a cute teeter to her walk and a sway to her stand.
