This here's a friend of Rio's. Taller than any of the other OCs, and a bit skinny-- 'cept for the hip area. Has a bit of that Cloud Strife personality. Normally, the Whippet gals (Belladonna & Annabelle) didn't had ears from ADGTH, so I gave Buddy ears, anyway.
