"What a pity to behold,
rest now, tormented soul,
don't you know I would have loved you
the way you were, whole.
So hush now,
time to move on ever more
to open your very last door
i'll be there to help turn the key.
When you leave
I will at last have peace
And our world will finally be free
Quiet, I am now ready to silence,
all of this poison you fed me
thinking I'd never grow wise
You will die
and so will all your lies
When I see the light
leaving your eyes."
Anyone who has attended my streams knows my latest hyper-fixation has been Megan Nicole Dong's Centaurworld on Netflix. The villain of which "the No-where King" is a multilayered and very well put together character. His story is one of a warning to those who think that loathing yourself harms no-one but you. This Character hated himself so much he tore himself literally to pieces and then tore everything else to pieces. A lot of suffering and death could have been avoided if he had been able to accept himself for who he was and in the end his death is just as symbolic as it is literal.
If you have Netflix. WATCH THIS SHOW. Please. If you struggle with the pain of social relationships and loving yourself, this is such a wonderful show. It does have a lot of crude humor, esp in season two but honestly I can forgive it because all of that levity is a release valve for the UTTER GUT PUNCH this series will do to you repeatedly and it aims for the feels every time.
Anyway shameless fan art of the best Villain.

This show has been beating me with the feels-stick and it just won't stop!
Centaurworld does an amazing job of being multi-layered, deep and whimsical and just all over the place while being almost master crafted at the same time! This is what happens when you take a risk on an original new IP and give it a chance!
also you're art kicked me square in the feels...thanks a lot
