You can see a bit of the initial initial concept sketch underneath there. Really blocky crap. Haha.
It's often in the subsequent sketches that something really starts to become real. Sometimes it takes several but this one only took two. Finalized it, blew it up, inked, flats, shading. Only had to do a couple of corrections after the inking phase. Hate having to do that at that phase but sometimes you notice something really weird and you're like "no that's fucking broken I'm fixing it".

That fuckin drawing took all day and my arm hurts. :u
