If we're going by base stat totals, Luxray has a whopping 523 points. That's almost as much as a starter, AS much in some cases. But performance-wise, Luxray falls short with the speed and defenses, I guess. :< It's still pretty handy if you can make it work, though, I personally think it has a far broader move pool than Manectric.
