A delightful scene of Alidas and Elden enjoying a moment of relaxation in their library cave, surrounded by some of the many kobolds that make up their 'family!' Alidas makes a great cushion since he is pretty much a giant squishy furnace, and his son Elden has certainly found a luxurious (if sometimes gurgly) spot to lean against while he reads the plethora of books their kobolds bring back from the neighboring cities.
Sometimes their kobolds bring back arcane tomes they managed to trade for from travelling mages, which then leads to an argument on which kobold gets to hand it over...
