Ugh, finally done with this one. I started drawing this at the beginning of the month and progress was slow, due to the anatomy, how complex Triceratops heads are to draw, figuring out what her scale patterns would be, and determining what the background would look like. Doesn't exactly help that over the past week I've been dealing with a cold that has only slowed the drawing/coloring process even more... and that our phone line went down on Friday for some reason and we spent the next five days with no phone or wi-fi.

The simple idea was of a Triceratops female getting changed in her bedroom and her fiance walks in on her while she's pulling her skirt down and that this took place in the 1950s. I thought of the idea that her fiance would be a Tyrannosaurus, a nice and appropriate little touch, and that they live in some town somewhere on the Great Plains like Davenport, Council Bluffs, Topeka, or Bismarck.
