So I decided to keep him. Since I am a rave addict and adore glowing things I figured this guy deserves a special place of main characters. For those who know NightStar my DragonWolf I always loved her glowing markings but I honestly never pictured her as a party animal rave dancer. She is just an elegant character with anger issues lol.

Age: early 20s

-Loves to party and collect glowing things
-Doesn't do drugs or alcohol
-Can be seen without leg accessories
-Always wears his goggles on his head, face or around neck
-His collar varies in styles from spikes or rave glowing ones (up to the artist how it can be designed).
-Sometimes has a Pokemon Pokewalker attached to his collar with a Raichu on it Like This
-Loves to DJ or dance...sometimes both
-Rather well toned but not super muscled either. He has rather large paws as feral or anthro.

I'd love some gift art of this guy if anyone feels like being generous :D
