So I had a request, a while ago, for a base so I decided to make one. Now I do fear making this due to numerous reasons but based on how this is received I may make more. I'll most likely be coming back and adding on to this, making add-ons etc. that sort of thing. Feel free to use this or make changes to but please keep my signature and link me your work, I would love to see what you make. Also this is usable in paint as well.
