Its a refurbished military installation. Syn bought the outdated station for almost nothing and remade it into the largest bordello / funhouse in the system.
Of course, seasoned military officials are less enthused about this, but its a legitimate aquisition. Cost for entry? Not so much for living, since the girls are
employees of Syn. The clients are the ones paying for their services , I presume.
