Sketch WIP, this is the detailed sketch of the commission, the character is a Eastern Dragon in his anthro form named Raiu or Storm which belongs to

I had a lot of fun sketching this character, especially because the idea was to turn him into an Anthro creature, trying to capture all the characteristics of his original form ^^
