Well, if we're going to accept that chi-blockage can cause macro growth in this mini fetish comic. Po could do it too. I mean going off of the feats in the 3rd movie and TV series. Po has so much chi it can manifest into a literal dragon. Po could do the finger hold thing while being so massive he could fit the current Tai Lung with his fingers. The village has nothing to worry about.
