Personality: Sebastian is friendly, social, and enjoys spending time with people he knows, especially friends. He is a bit of a nerd, loving to read books and play various types of games. He is usually thoughtful and approaches most situations with caution, though he does tend to be embarresed easily.

Background: Sebastian is a born native of Academy City, having lived in it for most of his life, particularly as a student of the Stormsurge Dojo. A business venture for his father's company forced him to move with his family to Coast City, and after some years working as a teacher at Lily College and a troubled love life, he saved up enough money to return to Academy City. He ended up rejoining the Stormsurge Dojo and being invited to join the dojo's superhero team with former classmates of his as well as a new one with whom he could not anticipate a certain relationship blossoming.
