Yeah thatβs always a challenge when a tail or wings end up obscuring figure or part of a scene.
On one hand you donβt want something covered up, and on the other hand, those features are part of the character.
I often run into this issue drawing bat characters due to their wings, they often get in the way, but are the most essential part of a bat.
