Whoa, a plush TF, and with a puppet twist! Looks fantastic!

That sure looks like the Cheshire Cat back there... the whole thing blends perfectly for a horrifying, yet dreamlike feel. Very impressive!

Reminds me of a movie I saw a long time ago I think was Pinocchio 2. Where boy Pinocchio runs away to a boat that is filled with other kids but turns into wooden puppets later. And so does he.
