I am still shocked at the number of people who have never seen a meteor. Somehow it is most people where I am just... confused. I have seen thousands. We have like 3-5 good meteor showers a year and each last 3-12 days.

I know a guy who made major life decisions because he had seen two in one night. I told him "rethink that on my birthday and look at the night sky" he saw 25 and was awestruck. I think he is blind AF my I noted... many, it was wonderful conditions and I was in a group where we could see like 5+ every minute. He changed his entire life over this and it still blows my mind
