That is what the big neon sign says :D That section of Post Alley don't really got anything in it, I'm not sure why they bothered putting up the sign aside from that Pike Place Market don't feel right without neon. The Post Alley that actually has shops in it picks up after you turn right up the ramp, double back and follow Pike Pl. for a block.
I'm not sure why it's called Post Alley, that seems like the sort of thing I'd know. I do know that's its official name, though, The Market Theatre's mailing address is 1428 Post Alley.
