At the start of December the jolly ol' bastard sends his signal out to the nine men who he chose so long ago. Bodies slowly change. Mindsets alter. Until near the day they're fully turned and head to the Pole at the behest of their master, original selves gone until they've done their duty, waking up on the 26th sore and tired... and not knowing why.
