I always thought you had a well balanced approach sitting between toon and realistic, I love this look! And the lighting is spot on :D Also I've never seen anyone use brushes like that, people would usually be really quick to smooth down those grainy areas! But you know what, it looks awesome when done like this! I love a little bit of grain, I do that with my own art as well :P
