Something a bit different than what you've been seeing from me :) These are made from two layers of fleece and one of denim, with the edges of the hidey pockets reinforced with non-stretching nylon/cotton/rayon strapping to keep the hammocks from warping out of shape. The corners are folded onto themselves and securely stitched so that S-hooks or wire can be threaded through to hang the hammock in the cage. And the denim is recycled from old jeans, making these hammocks quite a green endeavor. They're for my friends' rats, who've already chewed through the first set of hammocks I made for them :)
