The problem was that because of the assumption she was in highschool, she must be underage. The first point I'm making is that no where in the image or description is it implied she is underage and the second point I'm making is that even if she is in highschool, that doesn't mean she's underage anyway.

Deciding a character is underage despite any evidence of that smacks of trying to find something to be offended about to me, and isn't the world bad enough as is without resorting to looking for something to be upset about?
