Blackie the Brightest - Modern Attire
At some point in life you need something different and to learn of others' point of view. With that why not indulge into a new form to infiltrate various tribes, towns and settlements to learn more from their point of view? As a dragon Blackscale needed to broaden his horizon and getting knowledge first hand from others was just what he needed. With that he first learned of modern attire for more technologically advanced races to fit more between them all and so obtained it painfully slowly, even with a gun! The book was already a gift provided to him to note his journeys in various lands!
