Officer Grizzle is an antagonist I've been meaning to introduce to the Tina-verse. I've always wanted to make a bumbling Pete-esque character for Tina to foil, someone to represent the follies of authority in a lawless toon world. I don't intend for him to be a major bad guy, just an early antagonist for Tina to square off with during her hatchling days. I intend to introduce bigger villains later on, but for now here's a sample of what I have in store.
