The holidays have arrived! Now is the time to bring together family and friends, sing Christmas carols, watch the snow fall and eagerly await Santa Claus...

...but thanks to this well-endowed cat lady's attempt to play the role of Santa, the presents might get a bit late this year for this household.

This is the first image I've finished using Krita! So far, I like it. The selection of brushes is not overwhelming, they can be thoroughly customized and its a program that finally allows me to apply a base layer of paint to an outlined image really quickly, something I've been missing a lot. The next step will be to practice different shading methods, although the layers of shadows used here works rather well.
