Pronounced: Zhowl-TAH-vee or Jol-TAH-veeh, he's quite flexible when it comes to his name, and doesn't mind either pronunciation. I got his name from a character named Joly a few years back and thought it would be a nice nick name for him.

Yep, this character went through a few revamps in my sketch book. I'm trying to do an exercise where you can tell his personality from the expressions on his sheet and just the build of the character his self. If you get the wrong impression about him, well I've failed and need to go back to practicing portraying the character. One hint though, he's a bit of a sociopath... though not in the way most people think. As for his pose, I wanted to try something I don't usually draw and a pose that would show the markings on the inside of the legs... so if it looks strange, sorry!
