Country fall harvest bread pudding
If you want a delicious, late-fall dessert, here's one to try!
Ingredients:
Main component:
Around 10 or 12 stale slices of english muffin, left to be stale overnight, and then diced into 1-inch cubes.
For autumn sauce:
2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 sweet potatoes; cooked and pureed.
2 TBS steen's pure cane syrup
Directions
Add all the wet ingredients together, whisk well. Add the sweet potato puree and also stir very well, until completely mended together. Add the bread cubes to the mix, fold them in then bake!
Oven temp: 350F
Time: 25-35 minutes

From Chris: Since this more or less a "French Toast" loaf, you can use other breads besides Englishes - try sweet bread, raisin bread, and so on.
