Peter wants to take excellent shots of that brutal superstorm. Not much precipitation, but the wind is hallowing and blowing like MAD!
Peter didn't think that the storm would be that powerful despite him practicing to bypass strong winds up to 150 mph.
His claws are big and sharp, but it won't last long. Peter should better seek shelter now that he has investigated the storm far enough.
