Loona seems to hold the record for most cosplays done by Cynthia, which is just 3. I think it's because it's such a simple outfit that makes it look great on any character. Also I know I said I like Cynthia with white hair but I think her usual color works just fine. Seriously I always have to think about how to do the hairstyle for each cosplay. It's why I tend to go for characters with long hair since I definitely prefer Cynthia with long hair.
