Done in OC45P. Submitting the pic with just the otter no bg or anything (into scraps probaby) after this.

Not anymore. Usually SAI, but I've been using OC4.5P. It's quite good, shame about the 30 day trial bit

I used PS from when I was Iunno 9 or something, but then I found SAI recently and found it's fill-bucket colouring pretty awesome. xD

Yes, one of the #1 things keeping me from drawing more IS the fact that I have to do EVERYTHING by hand. XD

Thanks. And yeah, critisicm would be awesome; I know there's something off with it, especially since I couldn't decide whether he was swimming paralell to the water or up to it, but I couldn't fix it :L

I actually like his position. I was just confused about the look of the water. It reminds me of air or a night time sky for some reason. I don't see water very strongly when I look at this. I was thinking. maybe look at a reference of under water? : }

Yeah xP It did look a lot like water but then I kept adding layers and I think that took away from it :L Thanks ^^

Well you'll get it. maybe look up a real life reference from something like that and watch the colors, the lines and the feel the water would give. Maybe that'll help.
