I always find it impressive when artists are capable of depicting characters in non-ideal states--old, diseased, emaciated, or otherwise just...not healthy, since that seems to be the norm. I'm not a very good artist myself, so I can't say from personal experience (pretty much everything is equally impossible to draw for me,) but something tells me that's the kind of thing that would normally be considered an extra challenge. This one turned out great, and I applaud you for how well you handled that on top of everything else.
