Chuong: I thought Norse refers to Norway too even though it does include Sweden.
Elias: They're both correct. I have a feeling that Stockholm is going to become a special purpose city similar to Washington DC where Stockholm would be more focused as the seat of the central Swedish government. To me, this is a good thing since it helps to distribute resources throughout Sweden than to have all the companies in one city. Maybe delegating more powers to the Swedish counties would help since America and Germany are prime examples of why federalism works.
