As Max continued to idle in the turnout he then heard the whistle again followed by a chuffing and puffing it sounded like a steam engine was coming up from behind. Max thought it was his friend #3751 the 4-8-4 Heavy Mountain. He listened and heard the engine drawing nearer and nearer.
"Huh? is that a steam engine? But it can't be #3751 he's not due to take any mainline excursions until...."
WHOOSH!!!! Suddenly a great big steam engine raced by Max whistling and wailing. Max was startled by this he had never seen a steam engine like this before. He realized it was not #3751 at all.
