So angel girl is shaking in fear becuase of this guy. Which make me want to ask, is this guy bloody satan?. Or is he just some really high ranking demon from down below.

My guess is that he's a demon of a high rank. (for example:in military terms, he would be a General (4-star).) demons also show their status through their power. The angel shivering in fear shows that the demon is too powerful for her to try and defeat.

or mayhap hes a Fallen?

Oh, I'm actually surprised that it worked, at least seems like it did... though Jonty still has horns... interesting... And as I noted before, Tornwig seems really shaken up, looking, or rather, staring at that newcomer, she knows something...

"You're strong, only a few of us like you, you would be valuable"... intriguing things to hear, very intriguing... especially if take into the count the fact that Jonty is... well, quite weak, especially now that he's no longer a demon... or at least, he shouldn't be anymore.
I'm really curious just what's his play there. Is he going to offer Jonty a new contract or something? He's giving out a really weird aura...

The demon told Jonty "there are only a few of US like you." You only use US when you refer to the person in question and yourself. Perhaps Jonty has become a full Demon?

I honestly fully believe that is Heylel himself there. His vast knowledge, his overwhelming power, the sheer terror instilled in an angel just from his presence. I doubt a normal demon (regardless of strength) could invoke such a fear from a high ranking, powerful angel like Tornwing. I also could just be horribly wrong, but I firmly believe this is Heylel
