Hey there! Here is the bio of Rafale, the buff Galarian Zapdos! I had fun writing this, so I hope you enjoy.

Rafale is the sister of Mirage, and -it is quite difficult to tell- she's the youngest of the two.
First of all, she is, as you can see, a Galarian Zapdos, which implies a lot of differences with her sister in term of appearance and physique. It is unclear how she's not a regular Zapdos like Mirage.
You cannot overlook her physical condition. Since she's young, her body have always been in perfect condition. But after some intense workout sessions over the years, this is undeniable she's a seriously strong Pokémon. She's very athletic, with toned arms, thick abs, dense back, visible pecs on her chest, and large muscles wherever it is possible to fit. It goes without saying there is not a single trace of fat on her body. Wherever you land your eyes on her, there is nothing but pure, perfectly sculpted muscles. Despite what you might think, she's not really the bodybuilding type, dreaming of having the most obscenely large muscles. She consider herself to be fit and athletic... but for an athletic body, this is the best someone can hope having one day.
And this, is only regarding her upper body... Because as muscular as she is, this is not what strikes you the most, at first... it's her legs! Properly huge, and impossibly muscular. Thighs are monstruous, stuffed with giant muscles fighting for space under the skin, giving to the quadriceps a spectacular size and shape. To think one single thigh is thicker than her athletic waist!... And the calves are just as mesmerising. It would blow your mind to grab one calf with your hand, and realise the phenomenal size of what you're trying to hold... not to talk of how hard it must be to the touch! As if those legs were not powerful enough, the paws are very large, with claws that could tear through metal.
She's quite the beauty too, with this orange and black plumage, with spikes here and there (which is very common for a Zapdos), and those yellow eyes beaming at you. But not in a cute way... she looks beautiful, but somewhat mean! Let's say, unlike her sister, she lacks in feminine charm, as suggested by the modest size of her breasts. Her body is so well built, it doesn't really need large boobs or a big bottom to captivate you. You cannot look away from those tremendous thighs, anyway...
She knows it, and show her great body to the world, thanks to the power of social media. On Musclegram, she is very popular. After every workout, she's filming herself with her smartphone, in front of a mirror, dressed with only thigh shorts and a sport bra, proudly exposing her muscular body to the world. And, how they like it! They are stunned by her legs, due to how humongusly big and muscular they are. Naturally, she have strong legs, but with the appropriate training, they're getting even bulkier over time! On every post, she receive commentaries like "OMG you can crush a bowling ball with those thighs!" (which she can, by the way!), "Huuuuge! More pls!", "crush me", "f*** you're beautiful and so strong!!" and such, along with lots of hearts and "likes".
She started this for a few years now, and she is really getting more muscular. So, each time she uploads pictures or videos, Internet lose its mind! Nobody can resist to those videos she loves to do: standing straight in front of the mirror, she reveals herself in whole, and then she zoom on her powerful legs, that some says gets bigger and bigger with time. And it is! The downside, it that it gets harder and harder to find shorts she can fit. Hips so large and thighs so bulky, the pieces of clothing she wears sometimes rip themselves. How embarassing!
But somehow, she likes it. This is undeniable proof she have the best legs in the world.
And she's not only a rat gym: she uses those muscles to fight! Kick boxing, Muay Thai, self defense... you name it, she's a fantastic brawler, that could knock you out in one move if you're not careful. Footage of her doing martial arts are rare, but you don't dare miss it. She's an expert, really hard to approach. Speaking of which...
She's the solo type. You can be the friend of Mirage in a matter of seconds, but not her. She's the kind to only enjoy herself, no matter how hard you try. You wish you could be her partner for a minute, but even for such a short amount of time, she'll decline. She rarely speaks, and if she do, it is a miracle if phrases exceeds four words in lenght. She's not mean or anything, but that's the way she is. She's hard to approach, and the main reason why, is that Rafale is the kind of intimidating girl. If she stands near you, she looms over you with her size. And if you are not scared by a 7"ft tall Zapdos with much more muscles in one of her thigh that in your whole body, she could kill you with her predator eyes, daring you to do the first move. Not many men can keep their self-control with her. Maybe she have no interest of making friends, and she relies on the people following her on social media.
It is not impossible to think that Rafale is not like her sister... simply because she don't want to be like her! Indeed, Mirage is a sunshine, always joyful, ready to buff your mood up! You're her friend in the blink of an eye! Maybe Rafale is annoyed by her attitude: hiding so successfully her problems, talking non-stop about positive things, being happy for 24/7... She don't want to be like her. And because of that, she tries to stay away of people that could be like her. "I don't want another person like her in my life!", she must be thinking.
Well, maybe you'll have trouble to be her friend, but she don't mind if you follow her on social media, like everyone else. With legs like that, how could you not?
