A concept sketch from a new universe I am working on. Nora and Crimson will have this as their main space fighter for now.
Although New Prospect had interceptors docked on the mining colony, it didn't have a dedicated all purpose fighter. The Claw was created in short order in response to the encroachment of Aurelian Federation forces seizing independent territories. Initially, the ship was designed to aid in mining, hauling and construction operations in zero-g environments. Much of the original build is still intact aside from the redesigned cockpit module. Upgrades include improved shielding, more powerful RCS thrusters, and a larger powerplant.

Interesting concept for sure, weaponizing what was a work vessel. Looks like it has a shield on the one arm and obviously has a gun in the other, so can it use other weapons? Certainly would make it versatile in that regard. I can imagine latching onto the hull of a frigate or corvette and just ripping it open.
