What're your abilities?

Light Manipulation
Can absorb light (passively and actively) and light based attacks (only actively). Absorbing enough light will cause him to fatten. Able to expel the absorbed light in many ways:
White fire from maw.
Light armor.
Light weaponry.
Form of locomotion/propulsion.

Water Element
Can absorb water (passively and actively) and water based attacks (only actively). Absorbing enough water will cause his belly to fill with water, enough water will eventually make him into an orb. Can expel water in a few ways:
Water blasts/jets from maw and hands.
Form of locomotion/propulsion.

Shock Absorption
Absorbs any attack that is kinetic and uses it against the attacker. Can also stockpile the kinetic energy. After absorbing multiple attacks, his body will begin to swell with muscle mass. Any further kinetic attacks will make him hulkingly large.

Mass Manipulation
Can make any part of himself inflate, fatten, or grow. Examples:
Grow more muscle mass.
Grow, inflate, or fatten any part of his body.

Extreme Mobility
Can move extremely fast at normal size. Being at an immobile size lets him move at normal speed.
