Krondure looks to be in the midst of some contemplation while enjoying his hot drink and with the presents in the background perhaps he's just considering which one will be the first to be opened.
Very interesting cybernetic parts for Mandy's character with the segmentation, though from the look I imagine they might be a martial artist.
It would be quite a shock to open the window and see Wolfcop there, though if he's out to punish the naughty children I imagine that would be a realistic looking paintball gun or water pistol type gun.
