This is an older orchestra piece I wrote, I will someday get an orchestra to play it but for now here is the MIDI. It is very much a fun retelling of a story taking place in the summer. I wrote this in high school. It is certainly not as advanced as my recent pieces but the love I put into it deserves some attention, and I certainly will have this performed soon as it is one of the better of my early pieces.

lol,,, well besides this piece and another piece I will upload sometime, most of my high school stuff was tripe to, especially considering this was written and finished near my high school graduation. I uploaded this because I think it was worthy of even my new stuff, and plus I have not uploaded much because of the ensembles I am currently working with; so something new for people to hear.
Very impressive. You have a lovely expressive voice that is rich with the new romantic sonorities I hear in so much modern classical music. What I could decipher of your orchestration also sounded appropriate for the various instruments. MIDI always does make things a little difficult.
And impressive that you managed this in High School! Have you written more works for Wind Orchestra?
I've got one decent work for Concert Band I did when I was in college that is of comparable length . My melodies tend to be a bit more angular and my harmonies more dissonant: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2562649/ I'd love to hear what you think.
What sort of stuff are you composing now?
Dominus tecum

Sorry I took so long to respond to this, I am listening to your piece now. And to answer your question, I have written works for Wind Orchestra, one being in my gallery: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3928671/
The stuff I am composing right now focuses a lot more on colors and cultures. Colors meaning exploring different sounds of the orchestra within a piece and the other meaning I am taking more examples from nonwestern music to incorporate into my pieces.
