Sometimes you just gotta wow-bark at the void!
Here at the end of yet another year, feels like a moment to reflect upon endings. Of potential emptiness. Of all becoming nothing. And resolving never to allow this to happen to all that we treasure. May the example of all that can go wrong lead us to do what is right.
A whim piece I actually put together a few months ago after listening to a little too much Aviators and daydreaming of lost worlds!
I really must do more stuff like this, clean, fanciful, exploratory works, going wherever the thread of whimsy may take a fox.
Seemed like a pretty neat moment to post it.

Yup! They've been around a while, but I just became aware of them this year thanks to Godhunter being a rather good bit of epic yarn that well-matched some experiences in a story-RP with a friend around that time. It's been well worth it to listen to the rest of their discography on Youtube. ^.^

This is a great piece. I don't want to say it's fitting for 2021, because nowadays it could be fitting for any year you want, but what a way to close the chapter. Just you watch, once he's done with his moment of memorial, the adventurer fox is gonna be welcomed back someplace warm and bright and full of life.

Had to look up that museum! Heh, the structure in question was no doubt glorious in its day... a cylindrical design, the floors corkscrewing through the interior... a marvel of construction. Melted to slag.
And well, 2021 had a certain unpleasantness to it, eh? Not to overstate it of course. Because goodness that could be a comment that ages poorly. But for October, it would be in the lesser percentile of the horrors he's seen in any case..!
But yes. Plaisir is a welcome break from such extremes!
