I'm not sure what's going on there, but they coexist as a single organism. She feeds on spiritual energy, and he feeds on mostly meat. The mailman, for example.
I think they both control all the limbs because they're kind of a hive mind instead of two separate things sharing a body.
They're kinda smooth and slimy which protects them from the searing heat on their native plane.

I think they can become invisible
I'm not sure what else they have up their sleeve, but I'm sure it's chaos
