Ah yes, the moon...

How can such a thing be regarded as highly romantic and beautiful, to the cause of sheer idiocy. I however, like to fancy the moon as something of complete beauty. As such, I try to incorporate it into whatever drawing I can (if you hadn't noticed) - and because of that, I figured I would draw the "real thing" this way I'll always have it.

Oddly enough (or not) this actually took me a considerable amount of time to try and draw. More than I thought it would have.. I ended up making a grid-like system or "cells" to help keep things in order and accurate - something I haven't done in a very, very, long time. Haha!

Now clearly the drawing isn't perfect, but compared to my previous attempts at drawing the moon, this one is my best so far. I'm sure I'll take a stab at it again sometime in the future though~
