Looks like Miranda decided to dress Petra up as Baby New Year for their New Years get together. Petra isn't too sold on the idea. Luckily everyone there already knows she's a big baby butt.
Also, I've been unhappy with the look of Petra's tail for a while now so I'm trying something new. If I like it I'll probably update Petra's ref sheet.
